1. Our Services

CanopyXchange offers consumers the opportunity to submit requests for pickup bakkie canopy price quotes on products offered by up to 5 approved suppliers in our network. In effort to accommodate the diverse range of requests we receive from consumers, we maintain an extensive supplier network. However, CanopyXchange does not guarantee that our suppliers can provide quotes for every request we receive.

2. Your Service Request

Your request placed with CanopyXchange is matched automatically to the suppliers in our network who can most likely accommodate your requirements. We cannot guarantee that the suppliers who do respond to your request can meet all of your requirements. If for any reason a request does not look to be of legitimate nature, appears to be from a competitor of our suppliers who are seeking price information, or if it is not filled out in its entirety, the request may be rejected and no suppliers will be alerted of it to provide quotes.

In submitting a request with CanopyXchange you have agreed to allow us to refer all of the information you have provide to up to 5 suppliers in our network. These suppliers will in turn contact you directly to present their quotes. Suppliers will contact you via phone and/or email. Suppliers will typically contact you within one (1) business day of placing your request, assuming our suppliers can meet your requirements.

Your contact information will be retained by CanopyXchange, however it will never be sold to any 3rd parties, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. You will receive some communications by email to confirm your request and to later provide us with feedback. You may also receive e-newsletters and special promotions from CanopyXchange, but you can opt to be removed from these distributions at anytime.

3. Our Suppliers

In admitting companies into our approved supplier network, CanopyXchange makes every effort to ensure that we are dealing with reputable and professional organizations. However, CanopyXchange does not claim to be experts in the bakkie canopy industry which our suppliers operate within and can in no way validate the true quality of their offerings. CanopyXchange does not guarantee the performance of any supplier whom we refer to any of the companies or individuals submitting requests through our website.

Once we refer a consumer’s request to the suppliers in our network, we have no further involvement in any transactions that occur between the consumer and the suppliers. In the event that there is a dispute of any kind between a consumer and a specific supplier, whom we have referred to them, CanopyXchange shall be indemnified by all parties from any type of liability for damages incurred by either party.

CanopyXchange strongly advise that consumers perform their own due diligence on any potential supplier prior to entering into any type of agreement with them.
